Delivery
Once confirmation of payment has been received, goods for delivery within New Zealand will be sent by courier within a few days. If your export destination does not show up on our shipping list when completing the checkout process, please email us with your shipping quote request. Allow approximately two weeks for shipment outside New Zealand.
Returns Policy
All claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods and accompanied with the invoice relating to the order. We will replace/credit goods damaged in transit only if the damage has been noted on the delivery docket of a freight agent commissioned by us relating to that claim. We are under no obligation to accept returns where no fault lies with us. If we choose to accept re-saleable product from the customer, the stock must be returned in original packaging, as new, and deemed by us as re-saleable upon site of goods returned. Please contact us prior to return of goods.
Warranty
Goods are guaranteed for a period of 24 months from date of purchase.
